The quirk allows Endou to manipulate his opponent's emotions freely. Additionally, Endou can tell if a person is lying, a skill he appreciates in his line of work. With emoticon activated, Endou can fuse his unique ability with his bullets to create PFB. These bullets can erase all emotions from a person leaving him/her in a vegetative state.
